Ukrainian Government Plans to Move 50 of Its Services Online
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine announced its plans to move the 50 most popular government services online within the next two to three years.
Mykhailo Fedorov, Vice Prime Minister & Minister for Digital Transformation, made the announcement in his speech at the Yalta European Strategy (YES) forum, which took place on Saturday, September 14.
“Speaking about specific KPIs, we want to move the top 50 of our most popular services online within the next two to three years. We also aim to reach the customer satisfaction level of at least 90% for 50% of our users,” Fedorov said.
He pointed out that he envisioned the state as an easy-to-use service which citizens could use via their smartphones.
Fedorov also stressed that President Volodymyr Zelenskyy shared his vision of the future of the government services in Ukraine.
