Project Description
The e-commerce project – stores of beautiful and exclusive stone floors, brand <<stonenaturelle>> (https://www.jonastone.de). The web-shop services and features like product presentation, smart check-out, and after-sales services are under constant improvement. The planned expansion of the business model requires both the retail and platform segments to be integrated into the e-commerce environment. There is a constant need for new highly efficient interface connections to existing ones and new suppliers in the supply chain management area (import, warehouse management, distribution logistics, sampling logistics). The target is to migrate the webshop to the latest Sitecore version and elaborate the upgrade path. The new version will create more opportunities in the fields of content management, digital marketing, real-time personalization, A/B testing.

Required skills
- At least 5 years of professional experience as a software developer
- Deep skills in .NET, C# programming, and Microsoft Visual Studio development tools
- Knowledge of MS-SQL / relational databases
- Expertise with Sitecore
Would be a plus (optional)
- German language
- CI/CD-Tools
- If possible: links to code samples (projects, experiments, similar references, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Coding and testing (.NET C#, MS-SQL)
- Designing and developing new features in the back-end of our E-Commerce-Platform (Sitecore)
- Drive the migration of our current Sitecore Version (8.2.1) into the newest Version
- Designing and developing new modules for our self-developed application “priocenter”, which is used to execute logistic processes and reporting processes – synchronized with our SAP B1
- Use of GitLab for version control
- Participation in the SCRUM events of our agile team (daily, planning, review, retro)
