👋 Hey, my name is Lou. I am the founder of Echo and a former web developer. Over the last few years, I have managed to dive deeply into the world of IT recruiting and build quite good and well-documented HR/R processes in the company. However, as a CEO, I wear many hats and have many other responsibilities. Currently, I am a bottleneck and further growth of the company requires a more competent person who will devote 100% of his/her time to our talent acquisition department and eventually become a full-fledged business partner.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the recruiting department, which now consists of 2 full-time recruiters;
- Personally take on the most complicated and challenging job openings;
- Expand the department horizontally by hiring new full-cycle recruiters and / or vertically by creating a separate sourcing sub-department;
- Conduct regular meetings with recruiters, analyze reports, resolve conflicts, monitor compliance with the rules and set them goals;
- Research and implement new technologies and approaches used in the leading US and EU agencies;
- Communicate with other company managers and customers;
- Have ambitions to build 🚀 a top recruitment team in Ukraine at Echo.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in IT industry and success in closing of Senior tech positions in today’s reality;
- At least 1 year of experience as a manager / team leader of other recruiters;
- Experience of implementing new processes or rules;
- Business mindset and ability to operate with numbers, metrics, reports;
- English – B2 (Upper Intermediate) or higher;
- “Get this sh*t done!” skill;
- A large number of contacts in social networks (primarily Linkedin).
