We are currently looking for motivated individuals in the UK and US to join our sales force and expand our footprint in the territory.
- Responding to all leads provided by EchoUA;
- Arranging in-person or phone/skype meetings, speaking with potential customers about their software development needs, and closing deals;
- Finding new leads through networking, trade shows or meetups, and local advertising;
- Presenting our services to potential clients, involving our technical specialists when needed;
- Following up with prospective customers;
- Weekly reports summarizing prospects, appointments, and schedule (use of our CRM software may assist with this).
- Enthusiastic and result driven person;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to learn new information quickly (in the IT industry everything changes incredibly fast);
- Always be ready to close the deals.
- At least 2 years of B2B sales experience;
- Knowledge of the IT industry and modern web development technologies;
- The ideal candidate must have existing relationships with SME in the US/UK. He/She also must be able to sell at the CXO level.
- First 6 months commission based only;
- Base salary plus commission potential after only 6 months, based on performance review;
- Business cards, marketing and promotional materials;
- Strong company history, reputation, and portfolio along with name recognition;
- Office space and conference in your city available for client meetings.
