I'll add my 5 cents

I got into the company completely by accident! I didn’t even get my hopes up, because I went through about 20 interviews and was rejected almost everywhere. Thought it would be just the same. The girl at LinkedIn wrote to me about the vacancy of Junior QA. In response I wrote that most likely I will not be suitable for this position because I have no experience, but resume, still took. To my surprise, I was invited to the interview. First, checked the English language and tech. skills, the second phase of just chatting quietly about the work, the project, etc.. I was really surprised and glad that guys gave such a candidate like me (no experience) an opportunity to show themselves and grow. I am very happy to see the warm atmosphere in the company from day one and feel that everyone is warm and supportive even when working remotely.
