In general, what I would like to note from the very beginning – I found out about the vacancy on Gina (sent an offer), it was a foreign recruiter who speaks neither Ukrainian nor Russian. I have difficulties with English, so I received an offer to talk to another recruiter who already speaks other languages, I agreed. They wrote to me a few days later (a girl recruiter, I don’t remember her name) that I would be contacted to clarify the details and set an interview date. After a few more days, I was contacted by the third recruiter (Karina Miroshnichenko). By that time, since about a week had passed, I had already chosen another offer.
