At first there was a standard phone interview with a recruiter, and then I was invited to a technical interview. The technical interview was conducted via Skype with a technical leader and a recruiter. The interview was conducted in a warm atmosphere, adequate technical questions were asked and in case I forgot something, the interviewer helped by asking leading questions. I liked the technical interview, the interviewers conducted it in such a way that the person opened up and showed himself. Unfortunately, the project where I was interviewed did not work out and I was warned about it in time.
