I have been working here for 4.5 years, most of the time (and now) I am the head of the mobile development department. For this period of time it is easy to see how the company is growing (the quality of processes, quality of development, number of people). Particularly pronounced, in terms of cartentine, how painless it was possible to move to a remote work and the fact that this has not affected the performance of the company. There was less bureaucracy, which made it easier to open up new areas of development, such as Flutter. There are already several projects in the release for this direction in a year.
