Had an interview for the Senior C# developer position

From the interview I can say that two young guys behaved very unconfident, at the end even surprised me with an offer to solve logic puzzles. I tried to explain that I am not 10 years old anymore to entertain myself with logic puzzles. In the end, I got the answer that my technical knowledge is insufficient. I want to help the company understand that it is elementary disrespect to just write to a developer with 10 years of experience. If you can not explain to a candidate what exactly he lacks in technical knowledge, it means that you want to insult him. Nice attitude. Evgenij Lopatin
